Its restoration was an important architectural challenge, as the building is located in the historic center of Kharkiv, an area with an eclectic architectural environment.<br \/>\nEl proyecto de reconstrucci\u00f3n prev\u00e9 la creaci\u00f3n de una fachada moderna que complemente visualmente el car\u00e1cter arquitect\u00f3nico de la calle. En lugar del aspecto sin fachada del edificio sovi\u00e9tico, \u00e9ste presenta l\u00edneas m\u00e1s claras, elementos verticales estructurados y una gama de colores coherente. La combinaci\u00f3n de tonos claros y oscuros acent\u00faa la austeridad de las formas, mientras que el uso de materiales modernos garantiza la durabilidad y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<br \/>\nEl s\u00f3tano tiene un revestimiento acentuado que da al edificio una sensaci\u00f3n de estabilidad y masividad.
