J\u00e1rkov<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tInformaci\u00f3n sobre el proyecto\t<\/h2>\n\tEl proyecto consisti\u00f3 en la restauraci\u00f3n integral de un edificio residencial da\u00f1ado por bombardeos enemigos.<br \/>\nSe desmantelaron los elementos de emergencia y se sustituyeron las estructuras da\u00f1adas por otras nuevas. Se reforzaron las paredes, se restauraron los techos y el tejado y se reconstruyeron los conductos de ventilaci\u00f3n para garantizar un intercambio de aire adecuado.<br \/>\nLa fachada se redise\u00f1\u00f3 casi por completo, se instal\u00f3 una capa de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y se sellaron las juntas entre paneles. Esto mejor\u00f3 notablemente el aspecto y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica del edificio. Tambi\u00e9n se restauraron los balcones y sus cerramientos.<br \/>\nLa renovaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 la reconstrucci\u00f3n de los interiores de las entradas y los pasillos comunes. Se renovaron los revestimientos de paredes y suelos y se instalaron nuevas puertas de entrada y barandillas.
