Las soluciones paisaj\u00edsticas pretenden interferir lo menos posible en el entorno natural, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la preservaci\u00f3n de los recursos h\u00eddricos y las zonas verdes.<br \/>\nLas soluciones arquitect\u00f3nicas combinan armoniosamente los materiales m\u00e1s modernos con los naturales. Se utilizan innovadores compuestos ecol\u00f3gicos y duraderos; materiales naturales como la madera y la piedra aportan naturalidad al espacio, al tiempo que crean un ambiente acogedor.<br \/>\nSpecial attention was paid to public spaces, pedestrian and bicycle routes. The park becomes a center for various activities &#8211; from sports grounds to quiet relaxation areas.<br \/>\nNuestro concepto no s\u00f3lo pretende mejorar las condiciones de ocio, sino tambi\u00e9n desarrollar las infraestructuras urbanas, atraer inversiones y mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la ciudad.<br \/>\nEste proyecto tambi\u00e9n establece un nuevo est\u00e1ndar para la construcci\u00f3n residencial, sin precedentes en Kropyvnytskyi.
