Name of Works

Restoration of a residential building at 60 Natalia Uzhviy Street. Kharkiv

Info

The project involved the comprehensive restoration of a residential building damaged by enemy shelling.
Work was carried out to dismantle the emergency elements and replace the damaged structures with new ones. The walls were reinforced, the ceiling and roof were restored, and ventilation ducts were rebuilt to ensure proper air exchange.
The facade was almost completely changed, with a thermal insulation layer installed and inter-panel seams sealed. This significantly improved the appearance and energy efficiency of the building. The balconies and their enclosures were also restored.
The renovation included the reconstruction of the interiors of the entrances and common corridors. Wall and floor coverings were renewed, and new entrance doors and railings were installed. The lighting and power supply system was also changed to meet modern standards.
Thanks to the comprehensive approach, we managed not only to return the building to operation, but also to significantly improve its functional and operational characteristics.
