The project offers a new approach to urban space, combining modern urban ideas and ecological balance. The best practices in the field of landscape design and urbanism were used, implementing solutions that have already been successfully implemented in other cities.
Located on the banks of the Ingul River, the park has a special ecosystem, the preservation of which has become a key principle of the reconstruction. Landscape solutions are aimed at minimal interference with the natural environment, with an emphasis on preserving water resources and green areas.
Architectural solutions harmoniously combine the latest materials with natural ones. Innovative environmentally friendly and durable composites were used; natural materials such as wood and stone add naturalness to the space while creating a cozy atmosphere.
Special attention was paid to public spaces, pedestrian and bicycle routes. The park becomes a center for various activities - from sports grounds to quiet relaxation areas.
Our concept aims not only to improve recreational conditions but also to develop urban infrastructure, attract investment, and improve the quality of life for city residents.
This project also sets a new standard for residential construction, unprecedented in Kropyvnytskyi. Modern residential development will become a natural extension of the park. The new residential complexes will be characterized by high energy efficiency standards, modern architecture, and maximum comfort.
